Brady Schmidt
Brady Schmidt joined National Business Brokers in 1991 and has been the company’s President and CEO since 2004. Mr. Schmidt is an expert in the retail automotive industry with 30 years of experience personally handling more than 450 sales, mergers and acquisitions of new franchised dealerships. He is also a dealership owner and dealer principal, so he knows firsthand what it takes to get factory approval and run a successful franchise.Mr. Schmidt leads NBB’s five regional offices, which cover all 50 states. NBB leads the industry with more than 850 successful transactions, more than any other brokerage in the country. Mr. Schmidt holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Biola University.

Gary Mull
Since joining National Business Brokers in 2009, Gary Mull has been involved in more than 70 dealership buy/sell transactions. In addition to his experience at NBB, Mr. Mull brings with him 35 years of commercial real estate experience as a broker, developer and lawyer. Mr. Mull’s extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate as broker, principal and lawyer, adds significant value to the NBB team and its clients, especially in relation to the real estate aspects of automotive dealership transactions.Mr. Mull holds a B.A. in Business Administration/Finance from California State University Long Beach and a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California, and an active member of the California Bar Association.
