Join this webinar to learn how to stay compliant with the new California COVID-19 Emergency Standard passed with Assembly Bill 685, which modifies occupational safety standards giving Cal/OSHA expanded authority to enforce requirements to ensure safe workplace operations.

Ted is a Certified Safety Professional and Certified Hazardous Materials Manager who has worked with KPA since 2008. He previously worked with a Carlsbad, CA based compliance firm, where he worked as a Regulatory Specialist.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts from San Diego State University with an emphasis in Environmental Policy. He is a certified Forklift Operator, and holds DOT certification in the transportation of hazardous materials. He is also HAZWOPER certified, holds certification in Commercial and Industrial Storm Water Management from the State of California, and is certified in CPR and First Aid. |
Regina Metzker

Regina Metzker has been with KPA for 9 years and is currently a Supervisor for the Western Region residing in Sacramento. She has previously worked for the state of California’s EPA water rights enforcement and wastewater treatment divisions.
With KPA, Regina has worked in nearly all northern California counties and leads a team of consultants in keeping up to date with new regulations in multiple industries and onsite consulting services. She has lent guidance to multiple hazardous waste lawsuits given by the CA’s District Attorney Office. She prides herself in being able to bridge the gap of regulatory knowledge for her clients and make compliance something that can easily be obtained. |
