Randy Barone has been in the automobile industry for over 30 years. Randy has been involved in every aspect of the industry from management, dealer to consulting. Randy has always been on the cutting edge of bringing technology and the latest processes to the auto industryKey positions held by Randy Barone –National Used Car Director for Asbury Automotive Group, President Pearl Solutions, President Redbumper, Executive President of sales for American Auto Exchange, Inc. (aaXchange). Randy is considered an expert in custom-designed training for new, used, and buy here- pay here dealerships. He presented at many NADA and NCM 20 Groups and has been a national speaker for state conventions, multiple 20 groups, and a speaker at the 2000, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2018, 2019 National Automobile Conventions. Randy has held every position in retail automobile sales from sales to General Manager. Randy has been honored as a Grand Master Salesperson by Ford Motor Company for selling over 300 units in one year. Prior to joining aaXchange, he was national director of training at AFAS, an automotive financial services and training company, responsible for training and sales of AFAS products and sales agents.
Randy currently is the VP of business development for ACV Auctions where he is working on new technologies and building partnerships with existing companies and new startups to improve overall dealership processes.
Kraig is a strategic thinking automotive industry leader with 39 years of experience managing national dealer group operations and has been an early adopter of new technology and process improvement. He has helped many dealers and companies go further faster.Being from a third-generation automotive family and NADA graduate, his roots started early in the retail business. He quickly learned that a critical need for success was hidden in the retail sales process. As one of the first to adopt technology in retail automotive, he unlocked sales success through digital tools. He has since added to his extensive automotive retail background by utilizing a new trust and transparency-based process which leverages ACV-True360 inspections and technology. This has yielded extraordinary success for both dealerships and their customers across the nation.
