CNCDA Publishes a CARS Act Resources Page for Members

Today, the California New Car Dealers Association published a resources page to help California’s franchised new car dealers and our members navigate and comply with the CARS Act. This information will help dealers prepare for the law’s October 1, 2026 deadline, and publications will be updated regularly to ensure all dealers remain in compliance with state law.
