Who can attend the CNCDA Annual Convention?

This event is exclusively for CNCDA Dealer Members and Sponsors only. To become a member or sponsor, please contact Lauren Johnston at ljohnston@cncda.org.

What are the CNCDA Dealer Member registration fees and how do I register?

CNCDA Dealer Members Early Bird fee is $499 ending May 17th, 2021.
CNCDA Dealer Member fee is $599 beginning May 18th, 2021.

Can my spouse, partner, friend or family attend the Convention?

Yes. As a CNCDA Dealer Member, you are entitled to one guest at the rate of $299. You will have the option to add a guest during your event registration.

I am a CNCDA Sponsor. How do I register?

Sponsors, please contact Rebecca Matulich at rmatulich@cncda.org for registration details.

How do I make my hotel reservation?

Hotel reservation information is provided in your convention registration confirmation email.

What is your refund policy?

Cancellations received prior to Wednesday, September 1, 2021, will receive a full refund. Cancellations must be sent in writing to rmatulich@cncda.org to generate a refund. No refunds, name changes or cancellations after Wednesday, September 1, 2021. If you do not cancel or attend, you are still responsible for payment.

Personal Actions Supporting the Collective Wellbeing

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken a number of precautions to minimize risk during CNCDA’s Annual Convention. If you choose to attend, you’ll follow these standards:

Before Leaving Home

  • Follow relevant guidance provided by the World Health Organization (WHO), or your local health authority.
  • Stay home if you feel sick.

On-site During the Event

  • Do not attend if you feel sick
  • Agree to have your temperature taken before entering the meeting/event venue, if required by CNCDA.
  • Agree to wear a mask or facial covering, if required by CNCDA.
  • Adhere to social distance protocols put in place by CNCDA and respect others’ personal space.
  • Wash hands frequently
  • Report to CNCDA staff if you feel unwell or are experiencing flu like symptoms.

Post-convention

Based on current contact tracing advice from many health authorities, if you test positive for COVID-19 up to 14 days after returning home, please contact CNCDA.

Event Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received prior to Wednesday, September 1, 2021, will receive a full refund. Cancellations must be sent in writing to rmatulich@cncda.org to generate a refund. No refunds, name changes or cancellations after Wednesday, September 1, 2021. If you do not cancel or attend, you are still responsible for payment.

Hotel Policies

Tax Policy

Rates do not include 14.4167% tax (subject to change).
A daily resort charge of $20.00 plus 14.416% tax will be charged per room, per night which includes self-parking, basic internet access and more. Porterage On Own. Housekeeping on Own.

Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT: A deposit of two nights room and tax will be charged at the time of reservation.

CANCEL: Any cancellations or changes in departure to an earlier date received after September 1, 2021 will result in a full charge to the individual for the entire length of the reservation. This will be the responsibility of the individual guest and not the California New Car Dealers Association. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival date will result in a full nights’ room and tax charge in addition to the 2 night room and tax deposit.

GROUP RATE: Group rates are available three days prior to October 2, 2021 and three days following, October 6, 2021, the Convention based on availability.

Please note bedding is on request only, we will do our utmost to accommodate your bed preference, however bedding is not guaranteed.

Child Policy

No charge for children 18 years and under, using existing bedding.
