Join Lisa Singer of Arent Fox LLP, Alisa Reinhardt, CNCDA’s Director of Regulatory Affairs and Chris Cleveland, Compliance Director of Galpin Motors, for a 90 minute webinar on the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). The webinar will focus on the policies and procedures your dealership will need to implement to honor consumer requests and avoid CCPA enforcement actions. Special emphasis will be placed on changes in the final CCPA regulations, which were adopted in June 2020. This webinar coincides with the recent publication of the Third Edition of the CCPA Compliance Handbook, which is accessible to members on CNCDA Comply.
