Cyndi Lopez-Spencer

Director of Operations

Cyndi Lopez-Spencer is the Director of Operations for the California New Car Dealers Association. In her role, she oversees the administrative operations for the organization including human resources, facilities, and vendor management. Cyndi provides strategic operational oversight to support the CNCDA team and its members.

Cyndi brings over two decades of operational and administrative experience with expertise in contract management, vendor management, employee engagement, and organizational culture development. She also brings a robust background in operational audits and policy & procedure development. She’s been in the nonprofit sector for nearly a decade, and brings experience in the private and public sectors as well.

Cyndi has a B.A. from CSU Sacramento and has certificates in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, as well as Leading People & Teams. She will complete her M.S. in Management in 2022.

Cyndi spends as much time outdoors as possible with her husband and four kids, and can be found on the beach when ever possible. She is a music geek, California native, and aspires to be the Leslie Knope of whatever she does.
