1) What is “CNCDA Insurance Services” and what do you provide that I can’t get through a Broker?
Like a brokerage, CNCDA Insurance Services is a full-service employee benefits insurance entity but solely serves new franchised car dealers. Not only can we place insurance products and perform services of traditional brokerages, we have exclusive access to Employee Benefit Trust (Trust) products that no other broker can access. The Trust pools thousands of car dealer employees to reduce risk to create competitive products and plans crafted just for car dealers and only available through the Association. In addition, CNCDA Insurance Services provides eligibility services and a consolidated bill across all your Trust coverages. And lastly, we indirectly return profits through our Association services to support the new car dealer industry, which no other Broker can say they do.
2) Why place my dealership’s non-Trust benefits with CNCDA Insurance Services instead of a Broker?
Because all remaining operating profits from our insurance services go directly to help subsidize our other Association services that protects car dealers’ interests. This helps keep our Association dues low and maintains our extensive service offerings to keep you competitive.
3) Remind me, what services does CNCDA provide to Association members?

4) Since you are an Association, do you offer the lowest costs on benefits?
A lot of times we do. But often a Broker‘s lower cost is a result of a different plan design. Make sure you ask our representatives what we can do to match it. New carriers sometimes propose lower rates to acquire new business with the option to make up the difference upon next renewal. Remember the healthcare market is the healthcare market, and nobody is equipped better or has the industry expertise to deliver benefit solutions to new car dealers than CNCDA. The Association’s purpose is to protect your interests, and that includes health and welfare.
