CNCDA is now offering dental coverage from MetLife. By switching carriers we increased our plan’s dental network by 500%! This translates to greater cost savings for participants and controlled premium costs—which will stay the same again in 2009 and 2010.
Vision
CNCDA offers two Vision Plans through VSP – the leader in eye health for 50 years. Rates for 2009 are not increasing and will stay the same through 2010!
Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
CNCDA offers a package of several life and accident insurance options from Sun Life. In 2009, premium rates will stay the same! These rates will also be unchanged through 2010.
Employee Assistance Program
We are expanding our focus to help the employees who make our dealers great! We’ve added an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Claremont that is included with medical enrollment. This program helps employees with life issues. Our philosophy is simple: help employees better manage life’s challenges and you will have more productive, focused employees as a result.
