CNCDA Political Action Committee (PAC)CNCDA-PAC is a political action committee sponsored by CNCDA, and it provides an important way for new car dealers to become part of the legislative process.
- CNCDA and the PAC depend on your contributions to support pro-business, pro-dealer state candidates who value your interests and goals.
- The PAC is an important tool to advance the interests of new car dealers.
- Giving to your PAC makes sure someone is looking out for you, and your interests as a new car dealer.
- The PAC is designed to protect your rights.
- The PAC expands your influence beyond your own legislative district. It helps direct money to candidates and officeholders you may not know about who support your issues and need our support.
CNCDA Issues Political Action Committee (Issues PAC)
CNCDA Issues PAC is a political action committee sponsored by CNCDA to provide new car dealers with a direct opportunity to participate in the initiative process by supporting or opposing ballot measures of interest to our members. For example, the Issues PAC was the vehicle used by dealers to help fund the successful passage of Proposition 64 in 2004, the initiative that curbed “shakedown lawsuits” in California.
