CNCDA Enters into Strategic Alliance with Reynolds

CNCDA has entered into a new strategic alliance with the Document Solutions division of the Reynolds and Reynolds Company to develop a new California F & I forms library of paper and electronic forms to protect dealers from shakedown lawsuits. Under the new arrangement, CNCDA Form Source has exited the paper forms business and CNCDA will team up with Reynolds to design and market a new comprehensive and standardized library of documents necessary to properly document California sale and lease transactions.
